The Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary Society, a non profit organization, provides philanthropic service within the hospital and community, fundraises to purchase equipment, sponsors patient programs and provides patient/resident comfort and care. Since its beginning in 1948 the Auxiliary has donated over $ 10 million for the purchase of equipment and patient comforts at Peace Arch Hospital. Auxiliary operated initiatives such as the hospital gift shop, gift cart and superfluity (thrift) shop require a regular, consistent commitment to volunteering usually one time per month.

All proceeds go to the Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary Society and are used for patient comforts in the hospital.

There will be free cake, coffee and/or punch. One of the long-time volunteers' three grandsons will bring their little business - wanting to give back to the community where theywere born by providing everyone with free cotton candy.
We will have BBQ Hotdogs costing $1.00 each or free with a receipt of purchase from our store, which will be open during the event.
Come on out and meet others from the community and possibly find a bargain in our shop at the same time.

This year we are honoring the memory of Lifetime member Carol Proctor at the golf tournament.
The cost of the tickets ($55.00) includes nine holes of golf and a light dinner.
There will be a Silent Auction and many door prizes.
Men and women golfers are welcome.

We are pleased to announce the Grand Re-Opening of the Superfluity (Thrift) Shop
After a devastating fire, the shop was closed for two and a half months while restoration of the building took place.
The Auxiliary would like to thank the White Rock Fire Department for their prompt response to our call for help. They were able to save much of the building.

Pennies for Peace Arch is an ongoing fundraiser for the Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary Society. Donations of pennies and other coins may be put in "Penny Jars" at the Hospital Gift Shop, the Information desk and at several businesses around the area.
